Donald Clark, 69, a former Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania news anchor who worked under the name Don Cannon (seen above right flubbing a newscast) was arrested in Carlsbad for unserved drunk driving sentences back in Pennsylvania, according to a story in the North County Times.
Donald Clark, was arrested on an Allegheny County bench warrant Tuesday in Carlsbad, where he moved after pleading guilty in 2008. . . . The Allegheny County sheriff’s department said Cannon was to begin serving house arrest and probation last month. The department says it’s learned Cannon has also been arrested for drunken driving in California.
According to a 2007 story in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Clark has had a history of “battling depression and alcoholism.” Clark is currently in jail facing extradition to Pittsburgh.
