Ghost Riding The Whip Ends in Arrest

Img 038110 News was on the scene this afternoon in Carlsbadistan after Neil Tillman, 29, was arrested early Monday, October 4, 2010 when the car he was attempted to ghost ride slammed into a parked truck on Juniper Ave. sending a woman to the hospital, according to a story in the San Diego Union-Tribune.

The victim and 31-year-old Melanie Tillman were on top of a rented 2010 Toyota Prius about 4 a.m. that was rolling down Juniper Avenue just east of Garfield Street, police Lt. Paul Mendes said. . . The driver, identified as Tillman’s husband, Neil Tillman, 29, had gotten out of the car and was trying to videotape the event when the car struck a parked truck and the victim was thrown onto the road, Mendes said. . . Officers were notified by neighbors who heard the woman’s screams.

Mr. Tillman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and his wife Melanie was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.

Why is it such a big deal if he’s a tourist or not Anonymous? He’s an idiot either way. Where’s he’s from is irrelevant, his name is up there anyway.
