Although firefighters finished working at the scene in about 90 minutes, water damage and some electrical problems kept businesses there from immediately reopening, Carlsbad Division Chief <strong>Chris Heiser<\/strong> said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>But it didn&#8217;t slow down the Daily News, they were open for business and &#8220;rolling&#8221; when we spoke with them this morning.
