{"id":1011,"date":"2007-09-07T08:04:33","date_gmt":"2007-09-07T15:04:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.carlsbadistan.com\/?p=1011"},"modified":"2007-09-07T10:04:44","modified_gmt":"2007-09-07T17:04:44","slug":"ponto-vote-not-so-pronto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.carlsbadistan.com\/?p=1011","title":{"rendered":"Ponto Vote Not So Pronto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>According to a story by our favorite <strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nctimes.com\/articles\/2007\/09\/06\/news\/coastal\/2_00_549_5_07.txt\" target=\"_blank\">North County Times<\/a><\/em><\/strong> reporter <strong>Barbara Henry<\/strong>, Carlsbad&#8217;s planning commission decided Wednesday to delay their vote on the controversial <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.carlsbadistan.com\/?p=974\" target=\"_blank\">Ponto Beachfront Village Vison Plan<\/a><\/strong><strong> <\/strong>because they still had &#8220;many questions relating to traffic and other topics.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Their unanimous vote to continue the discussions when they meet Sept. 19 came after four hours of questions, staff presentations and public comment. &#8220;I &#8230; think we&#8217;ve got a plateful tonight, and we should take some time to digest it,&#8221; said Commissioner <strong>Bill Dominguez<\/strong>. . .
