Here&#8217;s what the <strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.signonsandiego.com\/news\/metro\/20070920-1021-bn20weather.html\" target=\"_blank\">San Diego Union Tribune<\/a><\/em><\/strong> has to say about our .02 inches of rain this morning and the &#8220;big storm&#8221; that is reportedly rolling in tomorrow afternoon.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The Weather Service says the best chance for significant rainfall in the county will be Friday afternoon into Saturday morning. Rainfall totals are expected to range from about 2 inches in the San Bernardino Mountains to less than a quarter inch in southern San Diego County. The snow level is expected to drop to about 6,000 feet Friday night.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>We should be taking bets. . . but we&#8217;ll wait and see. Hopefully, all this weather won&#8217;t get in the way of this weekend&#8217;s <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.carlsbadistan.com\/?p=1032\" target=\"_blank\">Art Splash<\/a><\/strong> or <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.carlsbadistan.com\/?p=970\" target=\"_blank\">A Taste of Carlsbad<\/a><\/strong>.
