It was signed by <strong>Darrell Issa<\/strong>, R-Vista; <strong>Brian Bilbray<\/strong>, R-Solana Beach; <strong>Duncan Hunter<\/strong>, R-El Cajon; <strong>Bob Filner<\/strong>, D-San Diego; and <strong>Susan Davis<\/strong>, R-San Diego. . . It also suggests that the plant would reduce pressure on the state&#8217;s imported water system.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>We would like the idea so much more if it wasn&#8217;t in our backyard.
