Forty-eight firefighters from Carlsbad, Encinitas and Vista were called to the scene. . . .the fire started in the back of the restaurant where the kitchen, electrical panels and gas lines are located, Carlsbad Fire Marshal <strong>James Weigand<\/strong> said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The fire caused $1 million in damages.
