And if I don&#8217;t make it, I&#8217;ll have something to fall back on.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Talley&#8217;s former coach says it&#8217;s all about his batting.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The bottom line is: He&#8217;s a pure hitter,&#8221; said Carlsbad coach Chris Greene. &#8220;I think that&#8217;s why the scouts have been coming to see him perform. I think they feel confident they can play him at a number of positions. . . .
