At 10:30 <strong>The Carlsbad Four<\/strong> had grabbed their places in line in front the <strong>AT&#38;T<\/strong> store right outside <strong>Sears<\/strong> on the lower level. <strong>Honz<\/strong> (far right, blue shirt) was at the front of the line. &#8220;I got here at 6 AM,&#8221; he said. &#8220;And walked right in to the mall.&#8221; <strong>Chris<\/strong> (second in line), who works from home had his Macbook open and was doing work. &#8220;If I&#8217;d have known the line was going to be like this I would have slept in a little longer.&#8221; Allen and Brad (who were bringing up the rear of the line at 10:40) didn&#8217;t arrive until 10 AM.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.carlsbadistan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/06\/iphone-pcr2.jpg\" onclick=\"window.open('http:\/\/www.carlsbadistan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/06\/iphone-pcr2.jpg','popup','width=600,height=800,scrollbars=no,resizable=yes,toolbar=no,directories=no,location=no,menubar=no,status=yes,left=0,top=0');return false\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.carlsbadistan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/06\/iphone-pcr2-tm.jpg\" height=\"133\" width=\"100\" border=\"1\" align=\"left\" hspace=\"4\" vspace=\"4\" alt=\"Iphone Pcr2\" \/><\/a>When we asked them how many phones they were going to buy, they said, &#8220;They already told us we could only buy one each.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>If each store indeed has 20 <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.apple.com\/iphone\/\" target=\"_blank\">Apple iPhones<\/a><\/strong> as reported, then there may still be room at the Plaza, or across the street in Oside next to <strong>Trader Joes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, Apple stock is holding at the $121 mark. Damn, we&#8217;re going to be bummed not having an iPhone tonight.
