That&#8217;s why they&#8217;ve been working with Carlsbad personal trainer <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.justyoupersonaltraining.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Jennifer Ashley<\/a><\/strong>. Since Jennifer&#8217;s arrival things have improved vastly.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>In just more than a month, one firefighter has lost 20 pounds, while another has lost 15 pounds. According to <strong>Danny Glessar<\/strong>, a 43-year-old fire engineer, the biggest change has been in his energy levels. &#8220;I was tired all the time. I have two small children at home, and I work at a busy firehouse where we are woken up regularly.
