The <strong>Carlsbad City Council<\/strong>. Logan awarded them his &#8220;Rich Robotic Golf award:&#8221; <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>. . . why give a pass to the council for blowing an extra $277,200 ($4,620 a month for five years) on gizmos that tell golfers the distance to the pin &#8211; and, theoretically at least, to speed up play? Good lord, this is a municipal golf course, not a private country club.
