And according to the <strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nctimes.com\/news\/local\/carlsbad\/article_58c2e06b-7e6b-5bb9-9e69-2b16909405a5.html\" target=\"_blank\">North County Times<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, the new Miss Carlsbad is <strong>Alaina Crabtree<\/strong> (pictured left) and the new Miss Teen Carlsbad is <strong>Skyler Blankenship<\/strong> (pictured right).<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>First runner-up in the Miss Carlsbad Pageant was <strong>Courtney Jones<\/strong>, second runner-up was K<strong>athryne Lowman<\/strong>, and third runner-up was <strong>KellyAnn Boyce<\/strong>. <strong>Allie Phinney<\/strong> took the titles of Miss Photogenic and Miss Congeniality. . . First runner-up in the Miss Teen pageant was <strong>Natasha Maldi<\/strong>, second runner-up was <strong>Tina Li<\/strong>, and third runner-up was <strong>Caitlin Clark<\/strong>.
