Red lights were flashing and the crossing arm was lowered. . . Investigators say the woman had earlier been arguing with someone in the nearby Coyote&#8217;s bar.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The name of the woman, who was from Washington State according to <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.10news.com\/news\/23604285\/detail.html\" target=\"_blank\">News10.com<\/a><\/strong>, has not yet been released by the Sheriff&#8217;s office.<\/p>\n<p>[<strong>Update<\/strong>: <strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nctimes.com\/news\/local\/carlsbad\/article_e6531c24-635a-11df-89b3-001cc4c002e0.html\" target=\"_blank\">The North County Times<\/a><\/em><\/strong> has reported that the woman who died was <strong>Mary Agnes Cole<\/strong> of Oceanside, California.
