Equipment from the major SUP manufacturers, including boards and paddles, was on the beach and free to demo at <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.carlsbadlagoon.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">California Water Sports<\/a><\/strong> on the <em>Carlsbadistan<\/em> Lagoon.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, we tried it. It was fun. We didn&#8217;t even get wet. It was a lot like canoeing standing up.
