Police also nabbed two on felonies. If you see someone swerving around, call the police.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>A new multiple-agency program is asking people with cell phones to be vigilant, look for swerving cars and other tell-tale signs of impaired motorists &#8212; then to call 9-1-1 when they spot a drunk driver, said <strong>Lynn Diamond<\/strong> of the Carlsbad Police Department.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Then again, <strong>The San Diego Police<\/strong> would rather you <em>not<\/em> dial 911 unless it is more serious. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Sgt.
