We&#8217;ve heard rumor that those who do not wish to dine with the Rotarians can simply attend the forum portion of the evening which reportedly begins at 7:20 PM.<\/p>\n<p>As you might have noticed, the level of communication between Carlsbadistan.com and the Rotary Club of Carlsbad could easily be raised.
