Noodles & Company Comes To Carlsbad

The Colorado based chain of fast casual restaurants, Noodles & Company is celebrating their grand opening in Carlsbad on Monday, March 31, 2014. Their Carlsbad facility is located at 2521 Palomar Airport Road in the new Lowe’s shopping center.

“We are excited to bring our world of flavors to Carlsbad. From healthy to indulgent, spicy to comforting, we have something for everyone, from kids to adults,” said Erin Murphy, Senior Manager of Communications at Noodles & Company. “With a broad menu of noodles, salads, soups and sandwiches, you can get a different taste every day, in lots of different ways. It is flavors from around the world, right down the street. That’s why we’re called Your World Kitchen.”

With more than 380 restaurants already up and running they must be doing something right. We’re not the biggest fans of fast casual, nor chain restaurants, but we’ve always had a good meal at Noodles & Company. Stop buy when you’re feeing hungry. The restaurant will open at 10:30 AM. Welcome to Your World Kitchen, Carlsbad

Broomfield, CO – Noodles & Company, serving classic noodle and pasta dishes from around the world, today announced that it will open a new location in Carlsbad, CA on Monday, March 31. The restaurant will open at 10:30AM and is located at 2521 Palomar Airport Road.

Noodles & Company has more than 380 restaurant locations across the United States and delivers its globally inspired, cooked-to-order menu in a real bowl, delivered to the table with a smile. Its menu consists of more than 25 fresh, customizable dishes that are prepared quickly with quality ingredients. Favorites include the sweet and spicy Japanese Pan Noodles, zesty Pesto Cavatappi and the popular Wisconsin Mac & Cheese.

Noodles & Company’s menu will also feature two signature dishes. The Thai Hot Pot includes a 30-ingredient curry broth made with a fresh cabbage blend, sprouts, Fresno peppers and shiitake mushrooms with a sprinkling of rice noodles and pulled chicken and naturally-raised pork. The Alfredo MontAmore® is made with spaghetti noodles tossed with a decadent four cheese blend, roasted mushrooms, grape tomatoes, spinach and Parmesan chicken.

The 2,838 square-foot Carlsbad Noodles & Company, which has seating for 64 guests inside the dining room and 16 guests on the outside patio, will be the 5th location to open in San Diego County. Regular restaurant hours will be Monday through Thursday, 10:30AM – 9:00PM and Saturday and Sunday, 10:30AM-10:00PM. For holiday hours, please call the restaurant directly at (760) 930-1369.
