According to the <strong>Union Tribune<\/strong> the plane:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>. . . struck some cars before flipping over in the center divider, the California Highway Patrol said. . . The pilot reported a mayday before hitting the freeway in eastbound lanes about 6:45 p.m. Witnesses reported that some cars were struck.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>One person was <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/weblog.signonsandiego.com\/news\/breaking\/2007\/06\/one_minor_injury_after_plane_c.html\">reportedly injured<\/a><\/strong> in a car that was clipped by the plane&#8217;s wing.
