In January <strong>Mike Spirto <\/strong>opened the restaurant<strong> <\/strong>in the <strong>Von&#8217;s Shopping Plaza<\/strong> at <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?client=safari&amp;rls=en-us&amp;q=2560+el+camino+real+carlsbad+ca&amp;oe=UTF-8&amp;um=1&amp;ie=UTF-8&amp;split=0&amp;gl=us&amp;ei=gayuSeiIOonOsAONmdCbDg&amp;sa=X&amp;oi=geocode_result&amp;resnum=1&amp;ct=title\" target=\"_blank\">2560 El Camino Real<\/a><\/strong> next to the <strong>Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Currently Spirito&#8217;s is running on word of mouth as Mike and his team get the place going, but from what we saw, the locals are glad they&#8217;re back. It&#8217;s mostly take-out with a few tables inside for dine in, but there is plenty of food, reasonable prices, nice people.
