Carlsbadistan’s Super Secret Police Check Point

by The Editors on January 1, 2009

Barricade TapeTomorrow night (January 2, 2008) Carlsbadistan’s finest will be holding a top secret sobriety check point on PCH just south of Tamarack, according to a press release in the North County Times. The spot is great because with water on both sides of the road there really is no way to escape.

People driving with open containers, registration problems, broken windshields, no front license plate, or bongs that take up half the front seat are discouraged from driving the coast between Cannon and Tamarack on Saturday night. Don’t say you weren’t warned.
