DocuFrog Donates $5k To Boys & Girls Club

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad received a nice gift from the kind people at DocuFrog in the form of a $5,000 check. The donation is part of their H.U.G.S program.

H.U.G.S. stands for “Help Using Gain Sharing” which is an opportunity for nonprofits to benefit from savings created through reducing wasteful spending and improving document automation within businesses. DocuFrog is aiming to raise $100,000 for nonprofits in 2014, and will provide $25,000 in pro bono services directly to improve document systems for charities. . . “Document management is an industry that requires extensive knowledge of systems and providers, and DocuFrog’s specific knowledge allowed for easy navigation of the landscape, saved us over $27,000 with minimal time spent internally,” said John Malnar, Chief Financial Officer of PayPros.

Shared Savings from Copier Expense Reduction Helps Carlsbad Kids

Carlsbad, CA, March 5, 2014– On March 5, 2014, DocuFrog and PayPros presented a $5,000 donation to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad (BGCC). The donation is part of the H.U.G.S. program offered by DocuFrog to share savings of businesses lowering document related expenses with nonprofits.

“We are grateful for corporations that have programs to share their savings to support our mission: to provide a safe place for kids. I thank DocuFrog and PayPros for their generous donation,” stated Brad Holland, Chief Executive Officer of BGCC.
