Get Ready For Epic Teen Nights

On November 7 and 18, 2015 the City of Carlsbad will be hosting two Epic Teen Nights. On Saturday, November 7, it’s Movie In The Park at Pine Avenue Community Park. The film? J-Law in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1. But that’s just the beginning.

On Wednesday, Nov. 18, the city will host a special VIP advance screening of the new movie The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2, before the film is released to the general public. Tickets are available now for $20 through Nov. 17 while supplies last. The movie will be shown at Regal Carlsbad 12 at the Westfield Carlsbad mall. Teens can check in at 5 p.m. and movie will begin at 6 p.m. Chaperones will be on hand to supervise and teens will be not allowed to leave the designated theater. After the movie is over, participants can be picked up outside the theater. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Movie is rated PG-13 and middle or high school ID is required.

Bring a chair or a blanket for a free viewing of the movie The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1 on the giant inflatable screen. Movie will begin at dusk. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the event. Movie is rated PG-13. This a free event and no registration is required.
