As soon as these homes were built, but not on the market yet, my friend and I walked through one. Yes, sitting in your 3.5 mil downstairs living room or on the patio gives you a lovely view of a giant RVs and the noise of the highway. We thought, hmm I think I would rather live somewhere else for the same price and walk to the beach.
