Big thanks to the volunteers who helped spruce up the historic Barrio area of downtown Carlsbad at the City of Carlsbad’s Spring Fiesta on April 27, 2013.
Volunteer efforts included assisting residents with spring cleaning and home repair projects, followed by a neighborhood block party.
