Today (October 9, 2010) at 11 AM Carlsbadistan’s Army & Navy Academy students joined with parents and alumni to dedicate the school’s new Alumni Veterans’ Memorial to ANA graduates who have paid the ultimate price defending our country. The ceremony was part of a weekend of events for the school Centennial Celebration 2010.
This afternoon at 1:45 there will be a Commissioning Ceremony and reception. A Tailgate Party at 5 PM for people those who played on the schools football team is planned for the hockey rink, and then tonight, parents, alumni and school dignitaries will attend a Centennial Gala celebrating the Army And Navy Academy’s 100th year in operation. Events continue on though Sunday, October 10, 2010.
