Escrow has closed on five of the 14 Spectrum at Bressi Ranch office park buildings at the corner of Palomar Airport and Gateway roads according to realty company CB Richard Ellis. The new owners include Torrey Pines Bank, the investment banking firm of Kinsell, Newcomb & De Dios Inc., the law firm of DiCaro, Coppo & Popcke, and Certified Public Accountant William F. Slattery.
Lannie Allee, Roger Carlson and Lars Eisenhauer of CB Richard Ellis are the leasing and sales representatives for Spectrum at Bressi Ranch.
