In May a London-based company called Smith & Nephew purchased the Carlsbad-based wound management company Blue Sky Medical. Now, according to CoStar.com Smith & Nephew is planning a “phased withdrawl” from the facility and moving the business to it’s U.S. headquarters in Largo, Florida.
