It’s City Council time tonight. Festivities kick off a 6:00 PM. The evening’s agenda includes approving some “salary adjustments” for the City Manager and the City Attorney and other routine consent calendar items, as well as a continuation of discussions from the June 19 Council meeting regarding the proposed Roosevelt Center development at 560 and 562 Carlsbad Village Drive.
