Per Se, the new California French restaurant and wine bar located in the in the newly built yet oddly Tudor building that snakes behind Beach City Smoothies from Roosevelt to Carlsbad Village Drive, is set to open in early August according to the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce.
Featuring private dining, patio dining, wine pairing dinners and wine tasting events, the restaurant offers California cuisine with French influences. Locally grown organic produce, prime meats, game and fresh seafood will delight patrons.
