Motorists who appeared to be under the influence of a little too much Cinco de Mayo celebrating were getting no slack from the Carlsbad Police Department on the evening of May 5, 2010.
One woman, who was pulled over in the driveway of her apartment complex, couldn’t keep from giggling as officers put her through a field sobriety test. Those giggles quickly faded and were replaced with yells and the sound of feet kicking windows after she was handcuffed and placed in the back of a police cruiser.
Yep, drinking and driving is still a really bad idea.
