An underground power line failed yesterday around noon and left 900 Carlsbadistanians with out power near Poinsettia Lane and Linden Terrace.
Power had been expected to be restored by around 4 p.m., officials said, but Saturday evening about 36 customers were still without power. Power was expected to be restored by midnight, the company’s Web site reported.
