Carlsbadistan’s Thanksgiving Dinner Options

Cbad Thanks2010

While our foodie friends will probably hate us for this, sometimes it’s just easier to let someone else do the cooking on Thanksgiving. Especially when our home is so much smaller than our family. That’s one of the reasons we’ve occasionally gone out for dinner on Thanksgiving. No cooking. No cleaning — just a perfect afternoon spent with family and friends (without the pressures of showing off or dealing with leftovers).

Carlsbadistan has many remarkable meal possibilities for every budget. And we hope you all have the best of Thanksgivings no matter where you hold your feast.

Follow the jump for just a few of the quality meals we found around town this year.
Don’s Country Kitchen

If you’re looking for turkey and you don’t want to dress up to get it, head on over to Don’s Country Kitchen in the Village. Our favorite breakfast spot, drops in on the bird each year and it’s one of the cheapest spots around for that home cooked flavor you crave without all the fuss.
