Carlsbad Boys & Girls Clubs Thankgiving

Club members Nalah Butler, Age 8, and Ashley Meeks, Age 10, enjoy a Thanksgiving Feast at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad.

More than 75 members of the Village and La Costa Branches of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad celebrated Thanksgiving today (Wednesday 23, 2010) with a “non-traditional” feast of hot dogs, hamburgers, beans, and tater tots on Wednesday (which likely won’t sound to bad tomorrow afternoon).

“I’m thankful for the Boys & Girls Club because the counselors are so nice,” stated member Sophia Musgrove, age 7. “I’m thankful for all the food, and my family!” added Nalah Butler, age 8. Club members got in the mood for the holiday with special Thanksgiving-themed activities.

CLUB MEMBERS CELEBRATE THANKSGIVING
